quiùbole.

I’m Yannely Ayala.

A daughter of Mexican immigrants, a salon owner, a beauty founder, a student, and a mother.

After 13 years as a stylist, I realized it was time to go after what I’ve always wanted: my education. While beauty school gave me a career, building three businesses from the ground up taught me my purpose. I didn’t just learn how to style hair, I learned the art of storytelling, the importance of community engagement, and the technical challenge of product development.

Through building my own brands, I discovered that authenticity and inclusive practices are what can keep a business alive and trusted. I’ve spent the last few years developing products and spaces for all hair types and identities and learned how to adapt to an industries that never stop changing.

I am currently pursuing my Bachelors of Science in Marketing to bridge my hands-on experience with professional leadership. My goal is to take the lessons I’ve learned behind the chair and in the lab to help organizations create a bigger, more meaningful impact.
